在参加讲座之前,要求参加者完成一份问卷表,重点放在培训过程期待解决的问题。
Before attending the course, delegates will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire designed to focus them on some of the issues to be addressed during the training.

Leadership Styles in China and West can differ in many respects, being derived from widely differing traditions. There are a lot of things that East and West can learn from eachother. These will be explored today along with examining how effective a range of leadership styles can be in different situations. |
