课程特色 Course Style

本课程将根据南通企业领导人的需要设计。这将是实用的、高度互动的、高效的和富有挑战性的课程。课程主讲为英语,通过翻译进行。
The course will be custom-designed to fit the needs of business leaders in Nantong. It will be practical, highly-interactive, fast-moving and challenging. The course will be conducted in English with a translator.
将所学内容运用到有代表性的工作环境。课程通过一系列讨论、活动和分析来进行,以其收到学有致用的目的。 There will be a mixture of discussion, activities and diagnostics from which lessons can be learned and applied to delegates’ work situation.
所有的讨论都将关注每个人的工作经历。结合他们在实际工作中遇到的困难和问题,鼓励他们思考传授的知识,并运用到他们的工作中去。 All discussion will be focused on people’s experiences at work. Dealing with their real problems and issues, they will be encouraged to think about insights they are gaining, and how they can apply them at work.
上课时,鼓励参加者思考如何改进他们的企业运营。 During each session participants will be encouraged to think about improvements in the way their organisation operates.
课程结束前,参加者需要制定对应行动计划。 Towards the end of the event delegates will produce action plans.
课程结束后,每一位参加者都将获得一份讲义和学习资料。 Each delegate will receive a folder of handouts and learning materials to take away with them at the end of the course.

Before attending the course, delegates will be asked to complete a pre-course questionnaire designed to focus them on some of the issues to be addressed during the training.

Day 1 :Leadership Styles and what Chinese and Western leaders can learn from each other
由于文化传统的不同,中西方领导人的风格在许多方面是不同的,相互有许多可借鉴之处。这些都是今天学习课程的内容,同时我们要分析在不同的环境下,不同领导风格的影响力。
Leadership Styles in China and West can differ in many respects, being derived from widely differing traditions. There are a lot of things that East and West can learn from eachother. These will be explored today along with examining how effective a range of leadership styles can be in different situations.

Day 2 :How to get the most from your team
随着中国经济的发展,中国企业家面临日益增大的国际竞争。因此,发展团队的技能并使之业绩最大化愈发重要。我们将分析研究对应的方式方法及其有效应用。
As China's economy grows and Chinese business faces ever increasing international competition, it will become more and more important for Chinese leaders to develop the skills to be able to obtain maximum performance from their people. We will explore a range of skills and approaches that will help them do that.

圆满完成此课程者将得到牛津管理学院的证书。
